For some teenagers, skincare is also about comfort, body awareness, sensory tolerance and dignity. Many SEND teens may also be living with eczema, psoriasis, skin picking or highly sensitive skin, which means standard skincare advice often does not go far enough. These recommendations are not about achieving “perfect” skin. They focus on supportive, practical products that can ease irritation, feel gentle on the skin and help teenagers take their first steps towards self-care and healthier skincare habits. Before introducing new skincare products, it is always advisable to seek guidance from a GP, dermatologist, or other relevant healthcare professional, especially if a young person has a diagnosed skin condition, ongoing irritation, or allergies. Medical advice ensures products support health and comfort, not just cosmetic care.   ### [![The Scratch Star](https://sendedventures.com/hs-fs/hubfs/The%20Scratch%20Star.webp?width=252&height=252&name=The%20Scratch%20Star.webp)](https://cosi-care.com/products/cooling-scratch-star)Cosi Care Cooling Scratch Star This cooling tool provides relief from itching, scratching, and skin picking in a safer way, offering a soothing, non-damaging cooling sensation.
