# Welcome to SEND EDventures

![Our journey header](https://sendedventures.com/hubfs/Our%20journey%20header.png "Our journey header")

An online magazine created to support families on their SEND journey. Whether you are just starting out or already some way along the path, here you’ll find advice, resources and stories shaped around your family’s needs.

Every child and young person with SEND is unique, with their own strengths, challenges and aspirations. That is why we share knowledge, tools, and ideas that help families feel confident in advocating for the best possible outcomes.

Our purpose is clear: to make the SEND journey less daunting and more enriching.

## We do this by:

Giving parents and carers the knowledge and confidence to feel empowered

Sharing practical advice, resources and guidance that can be used straight away

Creating a community where families feel heard, valued and uplifted

SEND EDventures brings together guidance, resources and voices from across the SEND community to support families every step of the way. The platform is designed to be informative, compassionate and accessible.

We are not just an online magazine. We are a community, born from a desire to make the path easier for families. No parent or carer should feel alone or overwhelmed, and we work hard to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEND education and care.
